WIDE SPAN

We like simple, uncluttered design, to complement your own creativity. This is why our modular
system, features an industry leading 800mm rafter spacing, allowing you to see more above.

LED LIGHTS

Our rafters are designed to take 12v LED lights. These are flush fitting with a stainless steel surround. All wiring is kept within the framework, for a sharp, clean finish. Customers love this feature for evening entertaining.

TINY ARCH

A subtle downward curve of the sheet that delivers 4 key benefits:

  1. Allows for our unique 800mm wide rafter spacing
  2. Auto adjusts for thermal expansion and contraction.
  3. Directs rainwater away from joins. We do not use rubber seals which deteriorate!
  4. No screws, penetrations, or weak points to leak.

POLYCARBONATE SHEET

Premium 3mm thick sheet, in a Smokey Grey tint, which blocks harmful UV light, and reduces heat. That’s year round protection, for Four Seasons Living.

POWDER COATED ALUMINIUM

72 Colours are available. Our New Zealand designed and manufactured, powder-coated framing is made from 6061 T6 aluminium, which is stronger than window joinery alloy.
This gives us a clear span of up to 4m in either direction.

ELEGANT BRACKETS

Our fully adjustable, stainless steel soffit brackets, are used with 3 of our 6 installation configurations. 6 configurations, 36 different sizes, and 72 powder coat colours, that’s more than 15,000 possibilities to improve your outdoor social space.

15 YEAR WARRANTY!

Our warranty is the best you will find! We can offer this because we use high tensile aluminium, all connected with durable stainless steel hardware. Tough and durable for all coastal and wind zones.

SIMPLE PRICING

We have an all inclusive, installed price guide with two tiers. There are other, more bespoke configurations, which require a site visit first to discuss your project with you, for a free fixed price quote.

Connection to the house
Direct Approximately 50% of the time direct connection can be used, which is faster to install
Via Brackets if your house is too low at the soffit then bracket connection maybe required

Building consents/Permits The prices in RED indicates shelters over 30m2 requiring a building consent(permit), but ask us about “adjacent shelters” as this may be an option for you

Terms & Conditions This pricelist assumes a simple rectangular shelter, to a ground floor deck or patio, with good site access, in one of the standard colours: Matt Appliance White, Matt Titania, Matt Grey Friars, Matt Ironsand, Matt Black.
For a full fixed price Flexiroof quote, a site visit is generally required, to configure the best installation to suit your property. We can customise any shelter size, to almost any property. For larger areas than those stated above please ask us about our adjacent shelter system.

All pricing includes installation and taxes. Direct or bracket connection to the house, includes 2 posts.
